Meanwhile, greenery and lighting units have mobilized 573 people, 80 vehicles, 100 chainsaws, and 100 hand saws to clear fallen trees and branches, with 101 trees and 202 branches reported down by September 7, 2024.

The Hanoi Infrastructure Management Center will enhance monitoring and coordination of technical infrastructure units, ensuring timely response and resolution of storm-related issues. Daily reports on the situation should be sent to the Department of Construction. The Hanoi Department of Construction requires all agencies to follow these directives and submit daily reports on their storm response efforts by 3:30 p.m.
